Imagine Living is a designer furniture store and our prices always include delivery and VAT. For a limited time, the delivery to mainland UK is FREE and included in a price for items over £100 GBP.
Curb side delivery to mainland UK for standard products and orders over £100 are FREE from Imagine Living. This is subject to road access, stairs access, and restrictions for lorry deliveries. We will not deliver to PO boxes or communal address. International deliveries are excluded as well as premium delivery service.
We partner with a range of professional currier services for deliverers. Our main delivery options are: DSV Solution, DHL, Interlink, and Royal Mail. All of the delivery options will require signature on delivery. For standard (non-bulky) items, the delivery will need to be accepted by the customer. Our standard free delivery is with one man. For larger items we recommend our Premier Delivery option. Our Premier Option is performed by 2 men team and the item is delivered to a room of choice. There is an additional charge of approximately £45 for Premium Delivery Service.
When the order is placed through the website or by phone we always assume Free Standard Delivery. Once the order been reviewed by our logistics team we will get in touch to confirm the delivery option and delivery timeline.
How Long will it take to receive the goods:
If the goods are not in stock it will take between 2 to 6 weeks to get the goods in stock. Once the goods are in stock at Imagine Living, we will arrange for one of our currier partners to arrange delivery to the customer. It takes approximately 3 to 7 days for delivery to customers once the goods are in stock. The delivery currier will contact the customer directly to arrange a suitable delivery time. In some cases we will provide a tacking number.
Once the order is placed through the website or by phone our logistics team will confirm delivery dates. We will re-confirm the delivery once the goods are in stock.
When we deliver
Our standard delivery is Monday through Friday from 9a.m. till 5 p.m. As a standard we do not deliver on Saturday or in the evenings. We may however offer evening, weekend or a 3 hour delivery slot as a premium option. If this option is at all possible there will be an additional charge of approximately £45 for premium delivery. All prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only and exclude international delivery, Channel Islands & Scottish Islands. There will be an additional charge for deliveries outside of mainland UK. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote and delivery for outside of mainland UK.
When you place the order on our website we will confirm the following to you in writing:
1. We will send you your order confirmation and your order number
2. Our logistics team will confirm approximate delivery dates for your item. We will confirm your delivery option (Standard or Premium) and access to your property.
3. If the item is in stock, we will book a currier delivery service and will let you know when your delivery will take place
4. If the item is not in stock, we will confirm approximate delivery from our supplier to us.
5. Once the item is in stock we will book a currier service. We will provide your with delivery information.
You must ensure that there is a reasonable access to your property. You also need to ensure that the furniture ordered will fit up stairways, through doors or any awkward or restrictive spaces it is vital that you seek advice if you are not sure. In particular, mattress and slats are made as standard in one 200cm x 160cm￼. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have concerns, as we can arrange for some furniture to be made in two parts. Also we can arrange deliveries through windows for an extra cost.
You need to sign for delivery and accept it.
You must check the delivery immediately and report any damages to us with photo evidence within 2 days of delivery.
